  1. Standard Warranty Coverage
    Our warranty covers the following aspects of completed landscaping projects:

Hardscaping: Paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, driveways, and any other stone or masonry work are covered under our warranty for 1 year from the date of completion, against defects in workmanship and materials.

Softscaping: Plants, trees, shrubs, and grass installations are covered for 6 months from the completion date. This warranty covers plant survival and growth, ensuring that the plants are healthy and thriving, provided proper care instructions are followed.

Grading and Site Preparation: Any grading, leveling, or site prep work done to your property is covered for 1 year against issues like sinking, uneven surfaces, or drainage problems caused by improper work.

Irrigation Systems: If an irrigation system is installed as part of your project, we guarantee that it will function correctly for 1 year, covering issues related to malfunctioning components or improper installation.

Drainage Systems: Any drainage work performed, such as French drains or surface drains, is covered for 1 year, ensuring proper function and no issues with water flow or pooling.

  1. What’s Not Covered
    Our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God (e.g., floods, heavy storms, severe droughts).
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the homeowner or third parties.
Plant loss or damage resulting from inadequate watering, extreme weather conditions, or improper care.
Damage caused by pests, animals, or other environmental factors beyond our control.
Cosmetic damage to surfaces (scratches, stains, or marks) resulting from regular wear and tear.
